Bruno Mars’ ‘Grenade’ Officially Certified Diamond
Bruno Mars has just landed a truly impressive feat in his music career run as his song ‘Grenade’ becomes Diamond certified (10x Platinum) by the Recording Industry Association of America.
In doing so, the 34-year-old becomes the fourth artistes to have three songs reach Diamond status — joining Ed Sheeran, Eminem, and Katy Perry as the only artists to reach this feat.
The “Billionaire” singer previously received Diamond certifications for his debut solo single, ‘Just The Way You Are,’ and his collaboration with producer Mark Ronson on ‘Uptown Funk.’
It is also interesting to note that ‘Grenade’ joins an elite group of less than 50 songs to have reached Diamond status.
