Burna Boy Rockets To #1 On Apple Music Worldwide With ‘Twice As Tall’ Album

Burna Boy is aiming at securing his dominance on worldwide stage, and he may have just landed a major feat as first step.

Last week Friday saw the arrival of the Afrobeats titan’s “Twice As Tall” album, and barely four days after, it has catapulted to #1 on Apple Music Worldwide Album (all genres).

As of time reported, the classic album sits at #1 — rising past previous leaders Taylor Swift (Folklore) and Pop Smoke (Shoot for the Stars).

With favorable response on radio, streaming and digital downloads, it will be interesting to see whether the self-acclaimed ‘African Giant’ secures a healthy debut on the Billboard chart in coming weeks with the Diddy-executively produced project.
