Eminem Has ‘Zero Recollection’ Of ‘Stupid’ Rihanna Diss
Eminem is coming clean about a leaked song that featured lyrics praising Chris Brown for his vicious 2009 felony assault of Rihanna.
On the decade-old track, ‘Things Get Worse,’ the Grammy-winning rapper had said that he sided with Breezy —”I’d beat a bitch down too”. As the song gained traction post-leak, Em’s rep claimed it was scrapped and re-recorded.
Nevertheless, the ‘Cleanin Out My Closet’ performer released a formal apology in the form of new song ‘Zeus’ (found aboard the December 18-unveiled deluxe edition of ‘Music to Be Murdered By’ album).
He doubled down on said apology in an interview with SiriusXM on Monday (January 4) when he said: ‘First, I didn’t know how somebody got it. Second of all, I have no … zero recollection of even remembering doing that verse,’” Em claims.
