History Today: A-Q & Loose Kaynon Released The “Crown”
August 17 marks the 2-year anniversary of A-Q and Loose Kaynon’s joint album tagged “Crown”.
Executively produced by MI Abaga, ‘Crown’ — depicted as the game changer album — was the first of the three fold album offerings from the ‘LAMBAugust’ — a series poised to help reawaken the consciousness of the art-form in the country.
The 10-track project which exudes an opulence of everything that hip-hop represents (and more), earned A-Q his first Headies Award at the 13th edition for ‘Lyricist on the Roll.’
