History Today: Burna Boy Released His Third Studio Album, ‘Outside’
Today marks the 3rd year anniversary of Burna Boy’s third studio album, Outside.
Released via Spaceship Entertainment, Bad Habit and Atlantic Records, the album — which commends Burna’s versatility — serves as the follow-up to his 2016 debut EP, ‘Redemption’
The LP which houses one of his biggest hits, “Ye”, debuted at #3 on the Billboard Reggae Albums chart. It won ‘Album of the Year’ at the 2018 NEA Awards, nominated for ‘Best R&B Pop Album’ and ‘Album of the Year’ at 2019 Headies.
