Mr Eazi Lands First #1 On US Itunes With Nicki Minaj-Assisted Single, “Oh Ma Gawd” Remix

Mr Eazi and his long-time collaborator, Major Lazer found their names atop the US iTunes chart today, September 11.

Thanks to the recently released remix to their record “Oh Ma Gawd” which features the Queen of rap Nicki Minaj and K4mo, Eazi pulled a great feat for Afrobeats as the song peaked at #1 — ranking over previous leader, Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion’s “WAP”.

While this is not Major Lazer’s first number hit on the US iTunes, it is however Mr Eazi’s first shot.

Interestingly, “Oh Ma Gawd (Remix)” is Nicki Minaj’s 6th number one songs on US iTunes this year including her most recent collaboration “Move Ya Hips” with ASAP Ferg & MADEINTYO.
