Nollywood’s Sci-fi Film, ‘Ratnik’ Gets New Release Date / Shares Official Trailer
If there’s anything Nollywood viewers have long-hoped to see from the Nigerian movie industry, that’d probably be a sci-fi film — and it appears they got what they’ve been yearning for in ‘Ratnik’!
Coming courtesy Dimeji Ajibola, the highly anticipated movie talks about a brazen special trooper who returns home from the war-front to find her only sister at the verge of becoming an undead due to the abuse of a certain chemical substance. The race to save her life begins a new kind of war where the most advanced war machine known to man is unveiled.
“Ratnik” which has been described as an action-packed neo-Nollywood movie, stars the likes of Bolanle Ninalowo, Karibi Fubara, Osas Ighodaro Ajibade, Zikky Alloy, Adunni Ade, Meg Otanwa, others.
The Flipsyde Studios-produced film is set to arrive in Cinemas on November 6.
