Ruger Becomes Boomplay’s Top Rising Artiste Of 2021

What a year its been for Ruger since signing for Jonzing World and subsequently releasing his debut single which instantly introduced him as the new kid on the block.

While many were quick to label him a one hit wonder, the unpredictable head of Nigeria’s new school talent has dropped a number of chart-topping singles including Bounce — a song that appears to have properly cemented his place in the music industry.

#YouCanDoItToo: According to Boomplay editorial team and industry experts, the Mavin Records/Jonzing World artiste is the top rising artiste of 2021 followed closely by Ayra Starr and Tems.
