Wizkid Smashes Boomplay Record With ‘Made In Lagos

Starboy is starting the ‘MIL’ campaign by bulldozing records on one of Africa’s go-to streaming platform, Boomplay Music.

The 30-year-old’s hotly anticipated LP arrived in the early hours on Friday morning (October 30th), and without wasting much time, Daddy Yo has left his name on the record book having surpassed 1 Million streams in just 13 hours after release on the platform.

Added to that, ‘Made In Lagos’ is now #1, currently leading in 14 different countries on Apple Music Chart.

Starting this strong, it will be interesting to see how the first week unfolds for the singer who is playing the game and slaying it on his own terms!
