The Recording Academy has rolled out the first round of talents that will be joining the Chair and Interim Recording Academy President/CEO, Harvey Mason Jr. to announce the nominees for the 63rd Annual GRAMMY Awards.
One of the notable names announced moments ago, is Nigeria’s very own Yemi Alade. The self-proclaimed ‘Mama Africa’ — who just dropped her fifth studio album, ‘Empress’ — will be part of the nomination livestream that will air on Tuesday, November 24.
Joining the Afropop singer to announce the nominees are: Regional Mexican singer-songwriter Pepe Aguilar, GRAMMY Award-winning classical violinist Nicola Benedetti, two-time GRAMMY Award-winning contemporary Christian singer Lauren Daigle, Country singer-songwriter Mickey Guyton, two-time GRAMMY Award-winning singer-songwriter Dua Lipa, just to mention a few.
Nominations livestream begin at approximately 9:00 a.m. PT/12:00 p.m. EET
